Our territory

There are places that are able to tell us stories better than others. Stories that have very ancient roots and, at the same time, allow us to understand the present and imagine the future. One of these places is definitely Cori, with its little churches, the megalithic walls and the temple of Hercules looking down on the hills of Nero Buono and Bellone.

In our vineyards, you will experience a real awakening of the senses, a return to nature. It is “beauty that generates beauty”.

In a place where knowledge, tradition, passion and the bond with our lands are felt deeply and transmitted with pride, many are the options for those who want to visit the cellar, our territory or want to organize a guided wine tasting. We have divided our experiences according to the 5 elements of matter: Fire, Air, Earth, Water and Ether.

Fire

The Fire represents the heat, the light and the energy; it moves upwards, heats, lights up, burns, purifies, moves and mold.

The experience that we propose is a journey into the past trough the ancestral memory of gestures.Human being’s hands have always been as spontaneously and naturally kneading, stretching, molding, impressing, digging, and smoothing the clay as no other material has never allowed them to do.You will discover the property of the material and the charm of clay paste.This Genuine contact allows you to get back in touch with yourself.

A terracotta workshop in the laboratory of the artist Martino Antocchi; a guided tour of the cellar and a proper wine tasting.

Thanks to the power of fire, the object that you will decide to model will take the shape desired.Thanks to this workshop you will learn much more than a simple technical working process
but you will even experience the material.We will learn the clay’s manufacturing process foundation in order to create simple objects.We will create natural colors by means of the “engobe” (a very old technique) or the burning process in olive oil; we even learn the drying and cooking process.

Air

The air is lightness, intangible and shapelessness.

The experience starts from Rocca Massima, a small medieval village located in the province of Latina, 730 meters above sea level.You will be secured and hung on to a cart that runs free on the zipline.You will have the opportunity to experience the thrill of the flight, enjoying the beautiful view that sweeps from the Lazio coasts to the Alban hills up to the mountains.

A 2km flight at 110km/h; a guided tour of the cellar and a proper wine tasting

You will pass through vast olive groves and karst areas, gliding to the slopes of Monte Sant’Angelo, which is the cradle of the Peregrine Falco: a raptor that lives and nests in this area and who inspired the Flying in the sky.You will feel like a hawk to a nosedive.

Earth

The earth, the birth house of humanity, is firmness, and symbolizes balance, solidity and fertility.

The horse-riding center “Fontana del prato” is located in a wild environment and it is surrounded by breath-taking landscapes.You will have the opportunity to be in contact with many different breeds of horse.The length of the ride may be arranged according to your needs, and the riding technique may be decided in compliance with your riding skills.

A horse riding in the Lepini mountains of Cori or in our vineyards; a guided tour of the cellar and a proper wine tasting.

The horse-riding tour in our vineyards is guaranteed for a minimum of 6 participants and it can be arranged in three different areas: Capolemole, S.Pietro and Pezze di Ninfa.

Water

The water is fluid, shapeless and less dense than a solid, but it grows until it completely fills the space.It is creative and never the same.

The Cavata river has it rise at the base of the Lepini Mountains and flows through suggestive places that survived the deforestation and the agricultural exploitation.

Canoeing on the Cavata river; a guided tour of the cellar and a proper wine tasting.

The canoe trip starts right at the spring of the river under the magnificent view of the medieval village of Sermoneta.We will have a 5 km sail along the regional natural mountain “spring waters of Monticchio”.

Etere

The ether is limitless, empty but necessary.It contains everything, it includes and is contained; it conveys a sense of expansion.

By means of this experience you will have the opportunity to see the vinery and you will taste the fruits of this ancient territory.

A guided tour of our winery and our estates and a proper wine tasting.

This tour includes hospitality, a pleasant and interesting walk in the vineyards and a guided tour into the cellar.
The wine tasting includes a taste of three types of wine, combined with some of our typical local products.
